I’M ASHLEY.
I help high-achieving professionals break out of the cycle of depression and anxiety to find their way back to clarity, confidence, and calm.
We’ll figure out what’s keeping you stuck, why your mind is working against you, and what needs to shift so you can move forward. I want to help you take the driver’s seat in your life and feel more in control. I can help you quiet the mental noise and regain focus, get your energy and motivation back, and strengthen your relationships with the people who matter.
If you’re tired of pushing through alone, I can help.
YOU ARE OVERWHELMED
You keep everything together on the outside, but inside, it’s a different story. You’re exhausted, second-guessing yourself, and constantly on edge. No matter how hard you try, the life you want never feels within reach. And the worst part? You’re afraid that if people saw the real you—everything you’re hiding—they wouldn’t understand.
You want to relax and enjoy life. But right now, you just feel trapped.
MY APPROACH
I’m not your typical therapist. I won’t talk in a soft, soothing voice or try to “heal” you. That’s not my style.
I’m direct, honest, and here to help you figure out what’s really going on—not just put a band-aid on the problem. I keep therapy real. You should feel comfortable enough to talk about anything—no sugarcoating, no awkward formality. But I take this work seriously. I listen closely, challenge when needed, and get to the heart of what’s keeping you stuck.
And we don’t just talk about the hard stuff. If something excites you—sports, business, literature, sci-fi, whatever—I want to hear about it. That spark of interest? We can work with that. And if you’re not sure what excites you anymore, we’ll figure that out too.
I work best with people who are intellectual, creative, and ready for real insight. My clients usually aren’t just going through a temporary rough patch. They’ve been dealing with depression, anxiety, or deep-seated struggles for a long time. That’s the work I specialize in.
What is a Session Like?
I get to the root of what’s actually going on and break it down clearly.
I dig deep—past the surface-level stress—to uncover the core beliefs, fears, and desires driving your struggles.
I help you stop seeing yourself as “a failure” and start believing in yourself again.
I push you to do what you haven’t been able to before—handle emotions, set boundaries, and trust yourself and others.
I don’t shy away from tough topics, including suicidal thoughts—we’ll talk openly and work toward solutions that actually help.
Am I the right therapist for you?
Are you looking for a therapist who…
Knows depression and anxiety aren’t just “in your head”—they’re real, and they didn’t happen by choice.
Takes an analytical approach, breaking down why you think and act the way you do.
Creates a safe, trusting space where you can actually open up.
Asks the right questions—the ones that lead to real breakthroughs.
Helps you manage overwhelming emotions, not just change your thoughts.
Explores how your relationships impact your life and mental health.
Offers goal-directed therapy for real, long-term change—not just short-term symptom relief.
Then we might be a good fit.
